Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AdQuicker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

AdQuicker uses AI (Google’s Gemini) to generate advertising content such as hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs, video ideas, and content angles based on the inputs you provide.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

4. Plans, billing & limits

  • The Free plan includes 3 generations per day.
  • The Pro plan is $10/month and includes 30 generations per day.
  • The Business plan is $29/month and includes 100 generations per day plus team seats.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Gumroad and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • New subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee; renewals are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Violate advertising laws or platform policies.
  • Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

6. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms, you own the content the Service generates for you and may use it commercially. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, legality, and suitability before publishing.

7. AI disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unoriginal. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdQuicker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
