AdQuicker (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered ad-content generation service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Content you submit — product names, descriptions, audiences, and the ad content we generate for you.
• Billing information — processed securely by Gumroad. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — generation counts and timestamps used to enforce plan limits.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the service (generate and store content).
• To enforce plan limits and process subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account.
• To improve and secure the product.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted processors, each with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — authentication
• Supabase — database hosting
• Gumroad — payment processing & merchant of record
• Google Gemini API — AI generation
• Vercel — application hosting

Content you submit for generation is sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce results.

4. Data retention

We keep your generations until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual generations or clear your history at any time from your dashboard settings.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights or close your account, contact us at support@adquicker.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted server-side access to the database. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
